Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales.
• Experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new customer acquisition.
• Ability to architect complex, multi-product enterprise solutions beyond single-product focus.
• Strong knowledge of modern SaaS, cloud, and hybrid architectures including integrations, APIs, IAM, security, and data environments.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, and regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic, complex opportunities across the Americas and international markets.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to develop technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across business objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end architectures spanning relevant products, capabilities, data sources, and integrations.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive-level discussions with prospective customers.
