Cloud Software Group seeks a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You’ll partner with sales leadership to define technical opportunity strategies, lead discovery, and translate requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.

You will drive architecture workshops, POCs, and executive-level discussions, while mentoring cross-functional teams and shaping global reference

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience
• Experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles
• Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures
• Experience with Azure, M365, and enterprise data environments
• Understanding of information governance and data management
• Knowledge of Compliance, FinTech, RegTech in regulated industries
• Ability to conduct executive discovery and translate to scalable architectures
• Experience leading POCs, trials, architecture workshops, and evaluations
• Strong competitive selling and win-strategy skills
• Ability to communicate business outcomes, not just tech
• Executive presence with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs etc.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy and win for Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across customer objectives, regulatory requirements, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, existing technologies, and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products, capabilities, data sources, and integrations.
• Position Arctera’s platform capabilities and demonstrate cross-solution integration to address business and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, technical deep-dives, and executive-level discussions.
• Establish technical win criteria and the strategy to achieve them.
• Own the strategy for POCs, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations with Solutions Specialists.
• Direct and orchestrate Solutions Specialists by domain and use-case.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Data, and business functions.
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities by helping partners position Arctera solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to address strategic product questions and capability gaps.
• Capture field intelligence on customer requirements, competitors, AI trends, and market developments.
• Develop global reference architectures, solution patterns, and best practices for reuse across pre-sales.
