Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will collaborate with Account Executives to align customer requirements with commercial objectives and lead discovery across data, security, integrations, and regulatory needs.

Lead architecture workshops, design end-to-end solutions, and guide POCs, trials, and technical evaluations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology leadership roles such as Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Sales Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new customer acquisition.
• Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions across cloud, data, security and integrations.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures and enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 and enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements and risk stakeholders.
• Proven ability to conduct executive discovery and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience running POCs, trials, architectural workshops and competitive engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across Americas and International markets.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, deep dives, and executive-level discussions.
• Define POC strategies, trials, demonstrations, and evaluations with Solutions Specialists.
• Capture field intelligence and develop global reference architectures and best practices.
• Mentor Solutions Specialists and ensure structured technical handoffs post-contract.
