Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy for strategic, global Net New opportunities. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to shape technical opportunity plans aligned with customer requirements and commercial goals.

You will lead discovery across objectives, data landscapes, architectures, security, and integrations, and translate requirements into end‑to‑end solution architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or similar senior role.
• Proven experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and net-new customer acquisition.
• Ability to architect multi‑product enterprise solutions, not just single-product capability.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud, hybrid architectures, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments is highly desirable.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders across regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across Americas and international markets.
• Lead discovery across objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into end‑to‑end Arctera solution architectures spanning products and data sources.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive-level technical discussions with customers.
• Define POC strategies, demonstrations, and evaluations; coordinate with Solutions Specialists.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement to cross-functional teams and partners.
