Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced enterprise technology leader to own the technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities in the Americas and beyond.

You will partner with sales leadership to align technical efforts with business objectives, guide comprehensive discovery, and translate requirements into end-to-end architectures that showcase how multiple solutions work together to meet regulatory, governance, and data challenges.

• Proven track record in complex global enterprise SaaS sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to align technical opportunities with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across objectives, regulatory requirements, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, existing technologies, and desired outcomes.
• Translate complex customer requirements into end-to-end solution architectures spanning relevant products, capabilities, data sources, and integrations.
• Position platform capabilities and demonstrate how multiple solutions work together to address business, compliance, governance, and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, technical deep dives, and executive-level technical discussions with prospective customers.
• Define the strategy for POCs, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations; coordinate with Solutions Specialists for execution.
• Direct and orchestrate Solutions Specialists based on domain expertise required for each opportunity.
• Identify technical, architectural, security, integration, migration, and implementation risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead technical responses for strategic RFPs/RFIs and complex customer evaluations.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Data, and business functions.
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities by helping partners architect and position Arctera solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to address strategic questions and capability gaps.
• Capture field intelligence on customer requirements, competitive technologies, AI trends, and market developments.
• Develop reference architectures, solution patterns, and best practices for reuse across pre-sales.
