Intuit, Inc. seeks a Partner Experience Lead within the Office of the Accountant & Partner team to shape the partner experience across the Global Partner Program, aligning accountants, ISVs, VARs, agencies, and affiliates with scalable programs that protect channel profitability.

You will own the blueprint for benefits, incentives, and recognition, design tiered structures, orchestrate cross-functional workflows, and leverage AI to automate processes and deliver measurable value to partners.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of professional experience designing, launching, or transforming tiered SaaS partner programs, alliances, or channel ecosystems.
• Direct experience building program frameworks for diverse partner personas (Accountants, ISVs, VARs, Agencies, Affiliates).
• Proven ability translating partner market research into strategic program designs.

Responsabilidades

• Research-Backed Program Architecture & Tier Optimization: lead market research, synthesize insights, and design tier benefits and incentives.
• Cross-Functional & Cross-Segment Planning: connect partner segments with internal teams, align metrics, and co-own performance indicators.
• Financial Governance & Channel Profitability: safeguard margins, design rebates, and align with SaaS metrics (Gross Margin, NRR, CAC Payback).
• AI-Forward Operations & Scale: identify AI-driven solutions to automate operations and scale enablement.
