• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic program designs.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience to streamline partner operations and surface insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research initiatives to inform tier design, benefits, and incentives.
• Design and assign the right mix of benefits, incentives, and recognition across tiers and segments.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with internal business units and co-owned metrics.
• Scale operations using AI-driven automation and optimize PRM and analytics tools.
