You will own the commercial strategy, partner adoption, tier progression, and engagement across cross-functional teams including Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Legal. The role demands a strategic thinker with a track record of scaling partnerships, P&L ownership, and deep SaaS know-how.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, channel strategy, or non-technical product management.
• Experience building a partner program from scratch and driving alignment on v1 strategy.
• Own the P&L for long-tail channel growth and profitability.
• Fluency in SaaS commercial models (Affiliate/Referral, Revenue Share, Reseller).
• Strategic problem solving for ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems.

Responsibilities

• Define program architecture, business rules, success metrics, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Translate platform strategy and partner insights into scalable program capabilities.
• Develop and execute adoption strategies to drive growth, engagement, and usage across the rollout.
• Lead adoption and tiering to optimize partner sentiment and experience.
• Own end-to-end partner journey from onboarding to benefits, supported by tooling integrations.
