Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in tiered SaaS partner programs or channel ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate partner insights into scalable program design.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/tools to automate partner operations and insights.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional leaders to align on shared metrics.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics like GM, NRR, and CAC payback.

Responsibilities

• Shape the partner experience and benefits architecture across global programs.
• Lead market research to inform tier design and incentives.
• Define tier progression criteria and velocity to maximize partner lifetime value.
