Colliers International is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT to lead global lease administration, data integrity, and client governance across medium to large accounts. You will manage rent presentment, payments, and related financial reporting while coordinating with a multinational team.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, strong client relationships, and adherence to contract terms and internal processes. Prior CRE leasing or accounting experience is essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration or related accounting roles.
• Experience with large multi-tenant/global accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS in lease accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease admin matters.
• Manage lease accounting records and ensure accuracy of rent, CAM, taxes, and insurance.
• Oversee vendor management, invoice validation, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare lease-related financial statements and monthly payment schedules.
