Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of lease terms, ABS/BAS accounting standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for global lease administration matters.
• Maintain client agreements, scope of work, billing, and payee information.
• Conduct client reviews presenting portfolio updates and metrics.
• Manage lease data in WorkTrac and related systems.
• Oversee monthly billing, pass-through expenses, and vendor validation.
• Monitor expirations, options, and rent-related terms.
• Support audits and transition onboarding for new accounts.
