Job summary

Arctera is seeking a senior technical leader to own the technical strategy for Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to craft technical strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience.
• Experience leading complex global enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and Net New customer acquisition.
• Ability to architect complex, multi-product enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of information governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct executive and technical discovery and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Extensive experience designing and leading complex POCs, trials, and technical evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to develop technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead comprehensive technical discovery across customer objectives, regulatory requirements, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and desired outcomes.
• Translate complex customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products, data sources, and integrations.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions with prospective customers.
• Establish technical win criteria and define the strategy to achieve them; own strategy for POCs, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
• Direct and orchestrate Solutions Specialists based on product/domain/industry needs for each opportunity.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex competitive opportunities and develop differentiation strategies.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies; lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and customer evaluations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Risk; support partner-led opportunities.
