Job summary

Arctera seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy and win across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with sales leadership to shape technical opportunities, lead discovery, and translate customer needs into end-to-end Arctera architectures.

You will drive architecture workshops, evidence-based evaluations, and global reference architectures while mentoring Solutions Specialists and ensuring a strong technical handoff post-contract.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior technical roles.
• Experience leading complex global SaaS sales cycles and Net New customer acquisition.
• Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions and translate business needs into scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of modern SaaS, cloud, and hybrid architectures, APIs, security, data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and technical win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution-design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions with prospective customers.
• Define and execute POC frameworks, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations with Solutions Specialists.
