Job summary

Cloud Software Group, LLC is recruiting a senior technical leader to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities in the Americas and international markets. You will partner with Account Executives to shape technical opportunity strategies aligned to customer requirements and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience within Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or equivalent senior technical roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-product enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, APIs, security, and data management.
• Experience engaging C-level and senior stakeholders in large deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead technical discovery across objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures across products and data sources.
• Position platform capabilities and demonstrate how multiple solutions address business, governance, and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive-level discussions with customers.
• Define the strategy and criteria for technical wins, POCs, trials, and evaluations.
• Direct and orchestrate Solutions Specialists to deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of value.
