Job summary
SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Analyst in Boca Raton, FL to design, analyze and administer global compensation programs. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure accurate job representations, and provide analytics to influence compensation strategy.
The role requires 5+ years of HR experience with compensation, familiarity with Workday, and certifications such as PHR or CCP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with compensation/incentive analysis.
- Knowledge of compensation disciplines and practices.
- Workday experience preferred.
- PHR-HRCI or CCP certification required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop jobs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and leaders.
- Provide data and analytics to guide compensation strategy and programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and internal equity analyses to ensure competitiveness.
- Lead annual compensation surveys and analyze market data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
