Corient seeks a Senior Global Compensation Associate to design and scale international reward frameworks within the financial services arena. You will partner with Global Finance, HRBPs and leaders to create competitive, regulatory-compliant compensation programs across regions, using Workday to translate data into actionable insights under tight timelines.

Candidates should bring 5–8 years in corporate compensation analysis, deep Excel skills, and experience with global cash and equity
