Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a People & Culture Senior Analyst Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs within the Performance and Compensation COE. The role drives improvements through best-practice gathering, data synthesis, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with P&C colleagues and business leaders to implement effective solutions.

The Senior Analyst will oversee enterprise-wide compensation cycles, survey analyses, and job evaluation processes, while mentoring team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of base compensation program management experience required.
• Experience with regulatory pay transparency and compliance standards required.
• Experience managing organization-wide projects or programs required.

Responsibilities

• Leads firm-wide compensation programs including annual cycle, benchmarking, and market trend analyses.
• Executes complex analyses of internal and external compensation data.
• Leads annual compensation cycle activities from planning to post-cycle analysis.
• Administers salary survey participation and data validation.
• Evaluates job descriptions and applies job evaluation criteria for classification and architecture.
• Develops compensation reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Provides subject matter expertise on firm-wide compensation initiatives.
