• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with compensation/incentive analysis and total rewards programs.
• PHR/HRCI or CCP certification required.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers global compensation policies, practices, and incentive programs.
• Provides analytics to influence leaders on compensation strategy and equity.
• Consults with HR partners and leaders on hiring ranges and compensation changes.
• Leads annual compensation survey administration and analysis.
• Maintains salary structures, including grades and ranges for each country.
