Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a People & Culture Senior Analyst Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs within the COE. The role drives process improvements, synthesizes data, and ensures regulatory and policy compliance while partnering with business leaders to build scalable solutions.

Strong knowledge of compensation practices, data analysis, and project management is essential. The position focuses on annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, survey administration, and implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Five or more years in base compensation program management is required.
Experience with regulatory compliance (FLSA, Pay Transparency) is required.
Experience evaluating markets and developing business solutions is required.
Experience managing organization-wide projects or programs is required.

Responsibilities

Leads firm-wide compensation programs including annual cycle, benchmarking, and market analyses.
Executes complex analyses of internal and external compensation data.
Leads annual compensation cycle activities and post-cycle analysis.
Manages salary survey participation and results analysis.
Interprets pay transparency requirements and leads compliance discussions.
Develops and implements communication plans and SOPs for programs.
