Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Compensation professional to design and administer global compensation programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to set pay ranges, benchmark positions, and ensure equity across markets.

The role requires extensive data analysis, Workday experience, and strong knowledge of compensation practices. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred, with a focus on regulatory compliance and total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years' progressive HR experience; compensation and incentive analysis and total rewards programs administration and design experience.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: PHR-HRCI or CCP required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new jobs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and leaders, ensuring accurate responsibilities and requirements.
• Gathers job information via intake meetings with Managers and Leaders.
• Administers global compensation policies, provides data/analytics to influence leaders on strategy.
• Consults with HR/Business Leaders on hiring ranges and compensation changes to support movement.
• Performs market analysis to ensure equity and competitiveness of all jobs.
• Maintains salary structures, grades and ranges for each country.
• Leads annual compensation survey administration and analysis.
• Contributes to compensation projects and education of employees.
