Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; compensation and incentive analysis and total rewards programs administration.
• PHR-HRCI or CCP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new jobs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and leaders while ensuring accurate representation of responsibilities and requirements.
• Administers global compensation policies, practices, and incentive programs.
• Provides data and analytics to advise leaders on compensation strategy and issues.
• Leads annual compensation survey administration and analyzes market data to update salary structures and bonus targets.
