Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing global compensation across various geographies.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for building complex models.
• Experience with HiBob's Compensation & Core HR modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive market evaluations for salary grades and pay recommendations.
• Ensure all job postings comply with US Pay Transparency laws and other regulations.
• Lead execution of corporate compensation programs like merit cycles and bonus payouts.
• Partner with teams for compensation solutions and act as an advisor.
