Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets
• Or a combined 6 years of higher education and/or work experience with 2+ years in GCM
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and daily administration of GCM accounts with focus on risk controls
• Serve as main contact with clients and service partners to align strategies for earnings and compliance
• Monitor systems and accounts to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit on regulatory monitoring
• Resolve issues related to control and client service promptly
• Collaborate with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions
• Perform fee billing, cash flow execution, reporting and tickler processing
• Participate in client meetings, prepare fee proposals, and monitor receivables
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement approved fee changes
• Provide coverage for other Relationship Managers as needed
• Represent GCM in projects and corporate initiatives
