Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets or equivalent.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and familiarity with corporate structures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems and ensure accounts operate within policies and guidelines.
• Review and comment on negotiation documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
• Resolve client service issues timely, coordinating with internal and external resources.
• Represent GCM in client meetings and support fee billing and revenue opportunities.
• Assist management with development and operation of business processes and provide coverage as needed.
