Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 years client service in Global Capital Markets products/markets.
• Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs and pertinent software.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems and accounts to ensure policy compliance and risk controls.
• Review and comment on operative documents for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit on regulatory requirements.
• Resolve issues related to control and client service promptly.
• Engage external parties to structure and close GCM transactions.
• Process cash flows, fee billing, reporting and tickler activities.
• Participate in client calls, prepare fee proposals and monitor receivables.
• Grow relationships with current and prospective clients and refer sources of business.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenues; implement approved fee changes."
• Provide coverage for other Relationship Managers as needed.
• Lead departmental projects or corporate initiatives periodically.
• Assist management with development of products and processes.
• May supervise/mentor junior staff.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards and raise issues as needed.
