Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.
• Or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative systems and ensure accounts operate within policies.
• Review and comment on operative documents and agreements.
• Coordinate risk and regulatory compliance activities with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
• Resolve issues related to control and client service.
• Structure and close GCM transactions with external parties.
• Prepare fee proposals and support new business opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor other Relationship Managers and Administrators.
