Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years’ client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience with at least 2 years in client service in Global Capital Markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software; familiarity with corporate structures, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor administrative and operational systems for accounts with moderate to high complexity and risk.
• Review, analyze and comment on operative documents and agreements for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance with Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit as required.
• Research and resolve issues related to control and client service aspects of accounts.
• Work with external parties to structure and close GCM transactions in a timely manner.
• Prepare fee proposals and support new business opportunities; evaluate fees for conformance with schedules.
• Manage client relationships and opportunities, including participation in closings and meetings.
• Identify revenue opportunities and advise management on fee increases or waivers.
• Provide coverage for other Relationship Managers and support departmental projects.
