Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and a key global brand owner relationship in personal care. Responsibilities include developing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and building a strong pipeline with TS&D and Marketing teams.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional projects, and may participate in global negotiations. The role supports several U.S. locations with potential East Coast remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
