Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. The role involves developing sales plans, understanding Dow’s portfolio, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will lead stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including East Coast remote options.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 level or Canadian equivalent).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Assess short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
