Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. The role involves developing annual sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and exploring opportunities with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You will manage diverse stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and may engage in global negotiations. Located at multiple U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Mentor junior employees and coach teams.
