Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business global brand-owner relationships in personal care. The role supports multiple U.S. locations and can include global negotiations.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, align Dow portfolio strengths with opportunities, and work closely with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline. You will manage stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive growth with a focus on value,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence required at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work eligibility without visa sponsorship is required.

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/execute account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales strategy.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level to drive results.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term tradeoffs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
