Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care. You will manage key accounts, build annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to create a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate pricing, analyze market data, and drive growth across multiple locations, including East Coast remote work where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans for value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and identify cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
