Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business accounts for a global personal care brand owner. You will shape annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage diverse stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives, with some global negotiations possible.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for these U.S. based positions is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
