Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and key global brand-owner relationships in personal care. You will shape annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and uncover opportunities while collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, drive cross-functional projects, and navigate regional scope with occasional global negotiations. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolios and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
