Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and key global brand owner relationships in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

While the role is regional, you may engage in select global negotiations and work with cross-functional teams to deliver growth, improve customer experience, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/execute account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Assess short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
