Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop sales plans, explore opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive negotiations and price actions while contributing to growth and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalent at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
