Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to manage regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, explore opportunities, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

Role involves leading cross-functional teams, negotiating pricing, and guiding both technical and commercial opportunities. Travel may be required; relocation not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan with value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
