Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow portfolio strengths, and build a pipeline with TS&D and Marketing while leading cross-functional teams.

The role may involve global negotiations, travel, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military degree at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Assess short vs long-term trade-offs and communicate them clearly.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
