Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business management for a key global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will also manage other direct accounts, develop and execute annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, navigate negotiations, use CRM tools, and coach junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian rank equivalent).
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
