Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships with a key global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, identify opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and may engage in global negotiations or projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
