Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand owner relationships, including ensuring delivery of annual sales plans. You will work with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline and manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
