Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business efforts for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will shape the annual sales plan, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder deliverables, and negotiating price changes. Travel may be required; relocation not offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 equivalence.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
