Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) Solutions and deepen expertise in Google Cloud Platform for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

You will develop and implement GECX solutions, stay current on industry trends, and collaborate with global teams to drive transformation in customer experience platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building and migration on major platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate’s degree requires at least 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for contact centers.
• Architect technical recommendations between GECX product offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS solutions in client environments within existing architectures.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, including resource planning and risk mitigation.
• Manage onshore and offshore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level requirements and translate them into epics and user stories.
