Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions on Google Cloud. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution.

You’ll design, implement and optimize GECX CCaaS and AI agents, aligning with client architectures and business goals, while mentoring delivery teams in a dynamic, global program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global Service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX product offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation and lifecycle observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS solutions within client environments and integrate with client architectures.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile methodology, manage on-site and off-shore resources, scope and risks.
• Lead day-to-day on-site and off-shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level business requirements and convert them into epics and user stories.
