Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands‑on Senior Engineer to advance Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions on Google Cloud. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end‑to‑end project execution across global delivery teams.

You will design and implement AI agents, CCaaS configurations, and integration within client environments, leveraging GCP tools and Gemini capabilities to drive transformation and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud‑based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building across multiple platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle of complex, global Service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations aligning GECX offerings with client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise‑grade AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver Service‑focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, managing scope, milestones, and risks.
• Lead on‑shore and off‑shore project teams through lifecycle.
• Capture high‑level to detailed requirements and translate into epics and stories.
