Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer specializing in Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) within Accenture Cloud First and the AGCB. You will support delivery teams in designing and implementing modern GECX solutions for clients, working directly with clients, senior architects, and cross‑functional teams.

You will develop Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience in alignment with architecture and business goals, staying current on industry trends to identify

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology transformation with Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum 5 years in contact center technologies and industry best practices (AI agents, CCaaS strategy, migration & implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• Minimum 5 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, agent scorecard, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale Service tech solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and advise on mapping GECX offerings to client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise‑ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within end‑to‑end architecture constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with Agile methods, manage on‑shore/off‑shore resources, scope, budget, risk.
• Lead day‑to‑day on‑shore and off‑shore project teams.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate into epics and stories.
