Job summary

You will work as a hands-on Senior Engineer with Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions, collaborating with delivery teams and supporting end-to-end project execution.

Travel may be required; you will work directly with clients and senior architects to design and implement modern GECX solutions for Accenture’s clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS, or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years in contact center technologies, including AI agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on multiple platforms.
• Minimum of 5 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global contact center solutions with client engagement.
• Architect and analyze alignment between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, manage on/off-shore resources, risk, and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Gather high-level business requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
