Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with deep experience in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) on Google Cloud Platform. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end delivery of modern GECX solutions for Accenture’s clients.

You will design and implement AI-enabled CCaaS deployments, lead delivery teams, estimate work in Agile, and collaborate with partners to ensure scalable, enterprise-grade outcomes across multi-country

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of technology transformation experience focused on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building and CCaaS migration on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Works in a highly client-facing role to develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
Architects and provides technical recommendations between GECX product offerings and the client environment.
Designs and engineers enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation and lifecycle observability.
Designs, configures and implements GECX CCaaS solutions in client environments and integrates within end-to-end architecture.
Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, including resource planning and risk mitigation.
Manages on-site and offshore project teams during the lifecycle.
Translates high-level business requirements into epics and stories.
