5+ years aligning tech with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end delivery of global, large-scale service technology solutions for customer channels.
Architect and recommend integration between GECX offerings and client environments.
Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, and lifecycle observability.
Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within architectural constraints.
Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, managing scope, budgets, and risks.
Lead onshore/offshore teams through project lifecycle.
