Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer experienced with Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) on Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on building deep expertise, supporting delivery teams, and engaging directly with clients to design and implement modern GECX solutions.

Travel to client sites may be required. You will collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects across global clients, leveraging Voice AI, Looker, and Vertex

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of technology transformation with Conversational AI/CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
At least 5 years in contact center technologies and industry best practices, including AI agents and migration/implementation.
Experience aligning tech capabilities with contact center benchmarks, metrics, and agent scorecards.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end GECX solutions aligned to architecture and business goals.
Provide architectural recommendations linking GECX products to client environments.
Design and engineer AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy routing, and observability.
Implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within end-to-end architecture.
Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, manage scope, budget, risk, and resources.
Lead on-site and offshore project teams through the lifecycle.
Translate high-level requirements into epics and user stories.
